Job Summary:
The role of Software Development Engineer within Technology Services will be responsible for providing expertise in developing applications to meet business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of software development methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities:
· Developing and maintaining software applications using Python, Django, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other relevant technologies.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
· Implementing agile methodologies and best practices throughout the development lifecycle, including continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
· Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions and minimal disruption to business operations.
· Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in software engineering, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
· Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer, with demonstrated proficiency in Python, Django, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other relevant technologies.
· Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile principles and best practices.
· Experience with version control systems such as Git.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also contributing to team efforts.
· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Travel Requirement

Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
