Role Synopsis:
As a P&C Senior Partner, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to support key people-related priorities across the business. You will collaborate with colleagues from different areas of the People & Culture function to deliver projects that help drive the company’s strategy forward. This role uses an agile way of working, which means that you will focus on the most important tasks first and move quickly to deliver results. You may work on one or several projects at a time, depending on business needs. These projects can vary in size, complexity, and location, so flexibility and adaptability are key. You will play a central role in making sure our people initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with our goals
Role Purpose:
Support VP P&Cs in delivering agreed entity/sub-entity P&C priorities, translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables to enable successful delivery of people plan. Collaborate across the People & Culture function to deliver key initiatives underpinning successful execution of the business strategy. Work flexibly across single or multiple concurrent projects/initiatives that may vary in terms of complexity, business impact, geographical spread, and duration.
Role Accountabilities:
- Align with partnering and Centers of Excellence colleagues to develop, plan, and execute delivery of prioritized strategic people and culture initiatives including talent management and development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, employee engagement, Mergers and Acquisitions, reorganizations, etc.
- Work as part of a team to translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables.
- Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary squad, often collaborating across geographies and time zones to ensure effective delivery.
- Maintain business knowledge to ensure deliverables are contextualized to the needs of different parts of the client organization as needed.
- Leverage and interpret data and insights relevant to the delivery of prioritized initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Where based in a country with 24/7 bp operating businesses, willingness and ability to support Crisis & Continuity Management (C&CM) and/or Incident Management Team activities as needed.

Essential Education and Experience Requirements:
- Degree and/or professionally qualified. Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a connected discipline would be advantageous.
- The role holder will have 8+ years’ experience gained across a range of people & culture disciplines within commercial and operational environments.
- Must be proficient in English.

Technical:
- Proven capability and experience in talent management, Employee Relations change management, and organizational development.
- Clear experience of project implementation and execution.
- Demonstrated experience of operating in complex, geographically dispersed, and culturally diverse environments.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working with agile methodologies (scrum, kanban, design thinking, etc.)
