Take the next step in your career and start your early career program in people & culture in 2026! In the PC&C development program, Early Careers will follow a structured development offer to accelerate the acquisition of foundational technical skills, experience and knowledge; and application in the business world. The programme supports transition from university to discipline professional and provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support building personal effectiveness skills.

This is a three-year program comprised of two 18-month rotation in different parts of the business. Our People & Culture development program offers possible rotations through Partnering, Line Manager Advisory, Services and our Centers of Excellence including:

These are our requirements:

  • Obtained or working toward Master’s degree in Human Resources or other closely related discipline
  • Graduating between December 2025 and May 2026 (if degree not yet obtained)
  • No more than three years post-graduation (if degree already obtained)
  • Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (bp will not support U.S. Immigration sponsorship for full-time or long-term employment)

Benefit Package

  • You can expect a competitive base salary, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
  • Settling in allowance: as a bp early career, you will receive a one-off sign-on bonus
