Role Synopsis:
We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to lead our global talent sourcing team. This role is crucial for building pipelines of high-calibre candidates for senior leadership roles and critical business capabilities. The TA Sourcing Manager will drive innovative sourcing methods, drive sourcing strategy, leverage data-driven insights, and establish global sourcing practices aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Develop and implement a global talent sourcing strategy for senior leadership roles and critical capabilities.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a globally dispersed team of sourcing specialists.
  • Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain robust pipelines of senior-level leaders and key capability talent. Champion DE&I sourced pipelines
  • Market Intelligence & Data Utilization: Use market data and industry trends to drive sourcing strategies. Build relationships with external networks and industry associations to help support market intelligence and sources to help talent pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand critical hiring requirements.
  • Innovation & Technology Integration: Adopt cutting-edge sourcing technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs and monitor sourcing performance.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure global sourcing practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree in a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in senior talent sourcing or recruitment leadership roles including at least 10 + years in people managing.
  • Proven track record of building and executing global talent strategies.
  • Extensive experience partnering with senior leadership across multiple regions.
  • Strong leadership and performance management experience.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical standards in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable Experience:

  • Certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, or relevant industry qualifications.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and optimize sourcing strategies.
