Job Description:

Job Purpose

  • The specific accountabilities of this role include implementation of strategic pricing decisions (such as new product launch price setting, price adjustment, discount setting) to enable operational readiness.
  • The role will call for working in close collaboration with team members from: • Sales • Marketing • CE&O. Finance/Performance Management • Supply Chain

Key Accountabilities:

  • To deliver pricing operational readiness include:
  • Support to Pricing Manager and pricing specialist on setting and inputting the agreed price and/ or discount into system such as Lightning, JDE
  • For complex and scalable product launches/ price adjustment, to coordinate with relevant teams (digital, marketing, CE&O) to conduct testing to ensure operation/ execution readiness
  • Ensure all pricing matrix guidelines implementation into operational level in system and enable the appropriate pricing approval flow & DOA to be maintained in system.
  • Identify any improvement areas and flag to pricing manager and pricing specialist, product manager for intervention and corrections.
  • Support Pricing team to coordinate on pricing dashboard for performance conversation and review.
  • Support on Price to Order processes to enable daily pricing implementation and participate in ad hoc pricing request for solution.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Digital teams to drive the pricing process, optimization and efficiency improvement, support & coordinate cross functions on the pricing system UAT if needed.

Requirements:

Education

  • University degree in Marketing or related discipline

Experience

  • 10 years or above working experience with:
  • Significant business experience in positions supporting sales and marketing operations
  • Attention to detail and self-driven to proof read to avoid mistakes
  • Excellent team player and collaboration
  • Good and clear communication skills
  • Experience of working in a matrix organization with complex interfaces
