KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data Cleansing & Integration Project Delivery: Act as the senior data cleansing SME and delivery lead, responsible for executing high transparency data programs of work, ensuring timely project delivery in accordance with Change Management Methodology rules and principles in an exciting, fast paced environment !

DO Data Change Management Methodology: Support the Data Cleansing Manager in defining and rolling out the approach for data sourcing, data ingestion, teamwork & product delivery for deployments, mass changes and data cleansing initiatives.

Data Cleansing & Integration Technical Leadership: As part of the Data Cleansing team, work cross-functionally, sharing expertise and providing mentorship to team members as well as and the programs of work, ensuring the right technical approach (sourcing & ingestion) to deliver the data cleansing or integration projects to minimize risk.

Data Quality: Collaborate closely with the Data Quality team to define and detail the data quality rules and test scenarios, making proposals and assisting with builds as the need arises.

Data Collaboration: Working with other areas of data governance, resolving optimum approach for data preparation and associated systemic cleaning. Ensure data is transformed in line with canonical data modelling aspirations (linked to Business Information Model) by working in conjunction with the data modelling teams. Drive logical quality related transformations as data is processed ensuring collaboration with the data quality teams.

Data Migration: Work closely with collaborators to understand business requirements and ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process and analyze data from Migration perspective. Understanding of Procurement objects and Inventory objects with capability to drive/supply to data mappings of the objects. Understanding data structures and tables from a migration perspective is a must.

Crucial EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 9+ years of experience in data related disciplines such as data management, quality, and cleansing and migration
  • Deep experience of delivering data large scale data cleansing, integration & migrations cleansing programs based on established technical data change methodologies
  • Extensive Knowledge of Master Data Management in SAP MDG, SAP ECC and associated data structures
  • Experience of SAP native migration & cleansing tools, such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, MASS etc.
  • Deep experience in manipulation of large data sets in tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Ability to influence senior collaborators and secure sponsorship/agreement for data transformation agenda
  • Soft skills: Active listening, communication and partnership, presentation, Problem solving, Excellent teammate, Customer management.
  • Other: Domain knowledge [Procurement, Finance, Customer], Eye For Business, Critical thinking, Storytelling.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, standard processes and new technologies in data
    management, data analytics space
  • Strong analytical skills to understand data dependency and handling of KPI.
  • Validated experience in delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines and balancing multiple priorities.

Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
