Job Description:

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will shape the technical strategy for our enterprise platforms. Collaborating across teams, you’ll design resilient, efficient solutions aligned with business goals. Your expertise will guide platform architecture, cloud adoption, system integration, and large-scale automation efforts.

You’ll be part of a high-energy, top-performing group of engineers and product managers, collaborating closely with technology and business leaders to shape the vision and drive the execution of impactful data initiatives.

What You’ll Deliver

• Identify and resolve complex technical design challenges for customers and internal teams.
• Support the development of new product features and requirements.
• Mentor developers, establish standards, promote best practices, and drive their adoption.
• Translate strategic vision into comprehensive products and services.
• Benchmark and optimize application performance to support growth.
• Contribute to solution design and guide the adoption of technical standards and architecture practices.
• Own the application architecture of product components.
• Collaborate across squads and work streams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Evaluate and prototype new solutions and technologies for team use.
• Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Serve as the go-to expert for application design and architectural patterns.
• Provide hands-on coding support, including proofs-of-concept, code samples, and infrastructure/framework development.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate level).
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• TOGAF certification.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in software architecture and systems engineering.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in cloud computing or related technical domains.
• Proven ability to document solutions, publish insights, and present at industry conferences.
• Background in business technology and the ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Strategic problem-solving skills to navigate business, product, and technical challenges.
• Understanding of infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud security, networking, and delivery models.
• Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Minimum of 3 years designing solutions or developing business applications.
• At least 3 years architecting scalable application systems.
• Over 2 years of experience in cloud-based environments.
