Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
Essential Job Duties
The Benefits Administration Project Manager is responsible for implementing BambooHR’s Benefits Administration (BenAdmin) add-on for new and existing customers. This role partners with HRIS and Payroll Project Managers, benefits administrators, and brokers to ensure accurate data, smooth onboarding, and effective handoffs between teams. Serving as a subject matter expert, the Project Manager provides training, resolves escalations, and applies strong project management skills to deliver a seamless implementation experience.
You will:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert for Benefits Administration
- Partner with project managers to provide benefits administration at the right time in the onboarding process
- Maintain an understanding of coming changes to ben admin functionality
- Coordinate successful handoffs with Payroll Onboarding
- Hold trainings with new benefits administration users
- Collaborate with customer’s benefits administrators and brokers for a smooth benefits administration onboarding experience
- 100% data importing accuracy
- Partner with project managers to ensure a successful handoff to the benefits administration implementation
- Assist in gathering and preparing information for carrier connections
- Take ownership of escalations and resolutions
- Ability to adapt and implement AI solutions
What you'll need to get the job done
- Experience in customer onboarding
- Proven project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
