Essential Job Duties

We’re launching a brand-new, focused Employer of Record sales team to spearhead the sales of our game-changing EOR product — enabling customers to hire, manage, and pay global employees with ease. As a Global Employment Specialist, you will be the go-to expert in EOR, driving the entire sales cycle from discovery through closing, while ensuring compliance with international labor laws and building strategic, long-term client partnerships.

This role combines deep product expertise, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to crush sales goals and expand our global footprint. You’ll engage with pre-launch waitlist customers, respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, and work hand-in-hand with Account Executives and partners to deliver seamless, customer-first employment solutions.

You will:

  • Discovery & Qualification: Establish trust and use advanced questioning techniques to accurately identify client needs and qualify opportunities. Disqualify poor prospects early to focus on high-potential clients.
  • Pitching - Selling the Vision/Value: Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, aligning it with the client's strategic priorities and overcoming objections with tailored solutions.
  • Negotiating & Closing: Navigate complex negotiations to reach mutually satisfactory agreements, managing price expectations and ensuring clear next steps.
  • Trusted Partner: Develop strategic partnerships by understanding and supporting clients' key priorities, positioning the company as a long-term partner.
  • Build Value & ROI: Establish value-based partnerships by identifying metrics that align with clients' strategic goals and demonstrating measurable ROI.
  • Customer Obsessed: Prioritize customer satisfaction by taking ownership of the buying experience and anticipating potential challenges.
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Work effectively across departments, including with Account Executives, to achieve common goals and ensure seamless deal support.
  • Proactive & Resilient Mindset: Embrace challenges as opportunities, maintain a positive outlook, and take ownership of success and failure.
  • Managing the Customer Lifecycle: Manage the customer relationship across defined stages of solution engagement, from onboarding to business reviews and upsell/cross-sell cycles.
