Role Overview:
Ampd Energy is growing and seeking an Account Executive to join its Hong Kong Business Development team. You will be responsible for supporting our Lead, Regional Sales, developing long-term relationships with clients, and managing and updating sales pipeline reports in the CRM system.
You should be motivated, reliable, thorough, and excited about being among the first in the world to work with game-changing products. You will be expected to be able to operate with a degree of autonomy, and be a clear, candid, and effective communicator in both spoken and written English & Cantonese.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Our Rental Fleet: Oversee the management of the rental fleet, including the processing of orders from existing main contractor business accounts.
  • Ensure Timely Payments: Monitor outstanding invoices and work with clients to ensure prompt payment collection.
  • Build Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by developing a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and objectives. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support their growth.
  • Sell: Execute sales strategies by performing pre-sales consultations, preparing client quotations, and collaborating with the Application Team on technical proposals. Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with clients on payment schedules to close deals efficiently.
  • Nurture Pipelines: Manage and track the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Regularly update pipeline status and follow-up actions in the CRM system to maintain visibility and momentum.
  • Support Sales Operations & Regional Expansion: Conduct pre-delivery site visits, coordinate authority submissions, ensure timely product delivery based on committed schedules, and support with regional expansion efforts.
  • Report: Prepare ad hoc internal reports as needed to support the sales team’s planning and execution.

Who You Are:

  • Educated: Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates with 1–3 years of client account management experience are preferred, though proactive fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Passionate: Strong interest in the green energy or construction sectors, with a desire to grow in a dynamic and impact-driven environment.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Bring strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills that allow you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to learn & simplify complex technical terminology: Apply consultative selling skills and quickly grasp technical concepts - translating them into simple, customer-friendly language.
  • Multilingual: Have a good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus and would be an advantage for certain clients or projects.
  • Familiar with our Tools: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and ideally experienced with CRM and fleet management systems like HubSpot or OnRent.
