Acelab is the all-in-one building material hub for the Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industry. Our core product, Material Hub, allows building teams to deliver buildings with complete material intelligence, de-risking delivery for architects, designers, owners, and developers with AI-powered material Information models

Our team is seeking an Account Manager, AECO, with a knack for business development through relationship-building and serious project delivery experience in the architecture or construction industry. You will own a portfolio of AECO enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewal, and expansion of Acelab's Material Hub. You will both manage account leadership and jump into project OAC calls to ensure end users are deeply integrating Material Hub into their workflow*.

What You'll Do

  • Own AECO accounts end to end, from onboarding through renewal and expansion, serving as the primary relationship holder for each firm
  • Build lasting, high-trust relationships with architecture, engineering, and construction firms using Material Hub, understanding their material delivery and QA workflows.
  • Run regular check-ins and business reviews with account stakeholders to track adoption, surface risk, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team on onboarding and implementation, ensuring accounts move smoothly from signed to launched in an organized fashion
  • Track account health, usage data, and key account milestones, to ensure prospects and accounts are growing usage week over week.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partner with sales on upsell and renewal conversations
  • Surface recurring user pain points and feature requests to Product and Materials Data teams, and help prioritize solutions based on account impact

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-time experience in AECO, building project delivery in the US. Ideal candidates have worked in construction project delivery in-house at a brand or as an owner's rep
  • Demonstrated project management and project delivery experience, including coordinating a range of stakeholders through regular check ins such as OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) calls
  • Has proven stories of driving new technology adoption within project delivery workflows
  • A solid understanding of how architects and engineers research, detail, and specify building products
  • Strong appetite for business development, including identifying expansion opportunities and supporting deal-making
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset, comfortable building relationships both remote and in-person Highly organized with strong follow-up, prioritization, and task management skills
